Do you offer training on other subjects?

Yes. We are constantly working on the range of topics and ability levels that we cater for, so if you cannot find what you are looking for here, please speak to your local K+B customer service team. We are happy to look at creating bespoke packages for individual companies - just give us a call with your requirements and we will see what we can do.

Do you still offer face-to-face training?

Absolutely! We understand that some customers prefer training with a more personal approach. We have several options available, such as on-site training or video call / webinar format, so contact your local K+B customer service team if you would like more information about this.

Do I have to pay for the course by credit card?

No. If you are already a K+B customer, we can invoice this to your account in the same way as when you purchase a cutter from us. Select the 'Pay on K+B Account' payment option when ordering online and we will sort everything out for you from there. 

I need to arrange training for several members of my team - do you offer discounts for multiple purchases?

Yes.  We have several cost-effective solutions available for training multiple employees, either online or in person. Call your local K+B customer service team with details of your requirements and they will find the best option for you.

Will I get instant access to my course(s)?

Yes, depending on your payment method. If you pay by credit card, you should have access to your course(s) as soon as you've received your welcome e-mail (normally within a few minutes). Those choosing to pay on their account should have access within 24-48 hours, Monday to Friday.

Do learners need to provide an e-mail address?

Normally, yes. An e-mail address will be required to register for the end-of-course assessment. However, we understand that not all employees have their own work e-mail address, so we have got an alternative option, should this be required. For more information about this, please get in touch.
